Born in Paris in 1983, Moi One lives and works in New York.
Letter structure, flow, and typography are at are at the heart of Moi One's work.He discovered graffiti writing in '99 and spent the next five years bombing the streets of Paris, predominantly trucks, subways, and gates. At the time, his handstyles are influenced by Kapital, Paris Tonkar, and the tags of L’Atlas, Clone & Riske OPC, Badypnoz, Marko 3DT, Mode2, Tore, Nose 132, Skeo BP, Woody CIA, O’clock, etc.In 2007 Moi One met Paris graffiti legend Drone ODC P19 DT15 3HC who became his mentor and influenced his mural style. In the next decade, Moi One painted murals on a regular basis with various renowned Paris crews (OPC, ODC, P19, ELM, 156, among others).In 2013, Moi One moved to Chicago, where he got involved with the local scene.
In 2015, he moved to New York, and discovered the old school New York graffiti scene. He started painting at some of the New York Hall of Fames (Tats Cru's Huntspoint, Tuff City, etc.) and collaborating on murals with the first generation of New York train bombers. Moi One also hits the LA scene regularly.Meanwhile, Moi One started doing commissions in 2016, with a focus on large canvases and murals.In 2019, he was invited to perform live for a week at Art Capital at the Grand Palais in Paris. He performed again at Art Capital in 2020, accompanied by fellow artists of the P19 collective.

La structure et la dynamique des lettres, ainsi que la typographie sont au coeur de son travail créatif.Moi One découvre le graffiti au cours de son adolescence. De 1999 a 2005 il couvre les rues de Paris de tags et de throw-ups, avec une affection particulière pour les camions, les rideaux de fer, et les tunnels de metro. En 2015, il s’installe a New York, où il rencontre nombre de légendes et pionniers du mouvement. Moi One se met a peindre régulièrement aux différents Hall of Fame de New York (le mur du Tats Cru à Huntspoint, Tuff City, etc.) et collabore activement à de nombreuses fresques avec la première génération de ‘writers’ new-yorkais.
Moi One se rend également a Los Angeles (CA) plusieurs fois par an pour peindre de grandes fresques avec des artistes locaux.Depuis 2016, Moi One réalise des oeuvres commissionnées, principalement des peintures murales et des toiles en grands formats.En 2019, Moi One a été invité à effectuer une performance live pendant une semaine dans le cadre de Art Capital au Grand Palais à Paris. Il participe à nouveau à l'édition 2020 de Art Capital en accompagné du collectif P19.
